Refund and Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
NOTE: For goods purchased via this website for Christmas we offer a longer returns period. All returns must be initiated with Two Ducks Ltd by 31 January.
If you are not happy with your item we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The following principles apply:
- Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange free of charge.
- Clothing items can be returned for a full refund or exchange free of charge.
- Unless faulty, all other items can be returned for a full refund or exchange but postage charges must be covered by the customer.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Unless faulty, discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
